William’s credentials establish him as a leading authority in operational excellence. As a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and a former Director in KPMG's audit quality program, he has spearheaded firm-wide transformations that have impacted thousands of engagements. He has a proven track record of helping teams enhance efficiency, standardize processes, and, most importantly, reclaim their time and confidence.
However, William’s expertise extends beyond process maps and data.
